Can counselling help me

We all have periods in life when things can become difficult to cope with, we may feel depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, frightened and alone.  Talking to a counsellor offers you a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings and to talk about anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable.


It is my belief that healing can begin to take place once someone is truly able to share their own inner experience and to be heard, accepted and supported.
